BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA, Birmingham Engineering & Construction Consultants, Inc. (BECC), a nationally recognized engineering firm specializing in geotechnical, environmental and construction materials testing services is pleased to announce their completion of the geotechnical evaluation for the new Weatherly Connector Road that will connect Highway 31 and Weatherly Road in Alabaster, Alabama. BECC has completed the geotechnical evaluation and will be performing soil testing and asphalt pavement build-up during construction. Construction is scheduled to begin in late April, 2005.
